Greg Capson, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO Greg brings a broad base of experience notably in senior level management positions in both telecommunications and the health care industry, and has been a successful entrepreneur in various fields over the past 30 years. He holds degrees in Finance and Business Management from the University of Utah, and is well respected in the business community among customers, employees, and shareholders.
Tyler Capson, Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer Tyler brings eight years experience in direct sales and 5 years call center remote receptionist and answering service management to the business. He has a degree in Finance from the Marriott School of Finance at BYU, and provides his strong daily work ethic and a passion for excellence to the day-to-day management of the Novus Call Center operations.
Erik Johnson, Chief Technical Officer
As CTO Erik brings 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry, most notably with AT&T, including call center environments where his specialty has been designing UNIX systems to process large volumes of client accounts in a myriad of services. Equally at home with board members or programmers, Erik has the ability to communicate with both in a capable management style.
