Q: Will my caller know they are calling an answering Service?
A: We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a seamless integration with your business, so much so that it is near impossible to tell that our call agents are not on your premises. When we have that same important information about your business as any employee of yours might have, and our agents relate such in the course of conversation with your caller, it is no different than your own hired receptionist or assistant talking to a caller and relating the very same information.
Q: Will I be able to see who has called me anytime day or night?
A: Yes. We have made our AccessNovus client portal just for you to be able to get to all of your information day or night 365 days a year. Even if you are not able to get to a computer or use your mobile device, anytime you can call in you will be able to know vital information regarding your calls by way of any of our call agents who are there to help you.
Q: Is my account secure?
A: Yes. We have built in all the usual anti-hacking devices in our programs and put into place redundant systems that stores your vital information against catastrophic loss. However, you are the key to managing your own passwords and those passwords given to your own people. As administrator you have full-access to all portions of your account and caller logs, and in real-time can grant access or deny access all within your Accessnovus Account.
Q: Is my information and who calls secure with your staff against being divulged to third-parties?
A: Absolutely. In fact, one of the requirements to be on staff with Novus is that all staff pass a background check for your security and ours. Furthermore, our staff must sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements in order to do any work for Novus where there is any contact with your information or caller information, and we make it clear that gossiping about calls with a fellow employee is grounds for immediate dismissal. We believe in maintaining your privacy to the highest degree, and short of a court order signed by a sitting judge that meets all the criteria of a valid order no information would ever be divulged to a third party.
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: We require payment in advance of services (see our guarantee also) except for the kinds of services that may be requested in addition to our basic services for Answering Service, Live Receptionist, and Personal Assistant. The different plans each have there own minimum monthly payments according to the serices to be regularly rendered. Novus is able to keep costs down based on payment in advance of services and prompt payment within thirty days of additional services that may be rendered.
Q: Will I be able to print out caller information and messages?
A: Yes, and the information is formatted for printing by clicking on the “printer friendly Icon”.
Q: Does AccessNovus allow me to edit my account and caller information, and give Novus instructions without waiting for changes to be made?
A: Yes, we designed AccessNovus to allow for changes to be made in real-time and on the fly while the information is fresh in your mind. Change it, change your mind, and you simply log on again and revise your information. We made it all user friendly and as easy as 1,2,3 for you to have full access and control and the power to manage all of your call-handling.
