What is AccessNovus?  To explain in the simplest terms, the AccessNovus portal is your one-stop account control center.

• Leaving for the day or don't want to be disturbed in a meeting?  Change your status online and our system updates your account immediately -- our receptionists see your status has changed on the very next call. 
• Going on vacation?  Set your status as away or "Emergency Only" until any date (up to 30 days in the future) and the system will automatically return you to available at the time you specified.
• Can't remember the last name of the customer that called you three weeks ago on a Thursday?  You'll find it here.
